Sorry to those of you who check our blog regularly for not updating it in SO long! Blakely is now 12 weeks old, and there is not much time for blogging! However, while she's sleeping I will quickly try to update you on our busy, but wonderful, holiday season!
We kicked off December with a FABULOUS get-together with friends in B'ham. B-baby got to see Mac and Rhett, and Jim and I enjoyed catching up with some of our favorite people!

The next weekend, we celebrated the 6th birthday of our sweet nephew Jake and talked about how we feel like it was just yesterday that he was B's age!
Finally, we got to spend time with our families- eating, exchanging gifts, and laughing A LOT! We feel so blessed to have been able to celebrate the birth of our Savior with all of the people we love. While we were celebrating the gift of His life, we were constantly reminded of the many other gifts He has given us in our families and friends. We hope you all had a VERY merry Christmas and a wonderful new year. We can't wait to see what 2009 holds for us!
